    Detailed itinerary:

    Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (elevation 1,350 meters/4,430 feet)
    Welcome to Nepal! After your arrival to Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) in Kathmandu, you will be greeted by our trekking planner and escorted to your hotel. It’s time to rest our jetlagged body after the long flight to this majestic nation! You will then participate in an afternoon session of yoga, yogic breathing, and meditation that will surely refresh and prepare you for your trek within the Annapurna region.You will end the day with a welcome dinner in an authentic Nepali restaurant. Overnight stay in Kathmandu hotel.

    DAY 02: CULTURAL AND HISTORICAL TOURS IN KATHMANDU
    After a refreshing early morning yoga and meditation session, you will have a full day guided sightseeing tour to both Buddhist and Hindu pilgrimage sites. You will visit Kathmandu’s Durbar Square, Swayambhunath, and Pashupatinath Temples, as well as other heritage sites.The Pashupatinath Temple, located on the bank of the holy Bagmati River, is a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the abode of the supreme Lord Shiva. Pashupatinath is an important site to Hindus all over the world. The stupas of Swayambhunath and Boudhanath are the epitome of Buddhism in Nepal. Swayambhunath Stupa, also known as The Monkey Temple due to the holy monkey living in the north-west part of the temple, is a fourteenth-century stupa and one of the oldest and largest in Nepal. Boudhanath Stupa is the birthplace of Lord Gautama Buddha, and one of the largest of its kind in the world. It houses several smaller stupas and exemplifies rich Tibetan-Buddhism within its architecture, arts, and artifacts. Later in the afternoon, you will attend a pre-trip information session at the hotel. Your trekking representative and guide will provide you with all the necessary information and answer your questions regarding the upcoming trek. Finish the
    day with another session of yoga and meditation in the evening. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

    DAY 03: KATHMANDU - POKHARA (820 METERS / 2,690 FEET OR ABOUT 6 HOURS’ DRIVE)
    Today, after an early morning yoga and meditation session, you will travel through the scenic countryside on the Kathmandu - Pokhara highway. You will drive past scenic waterfalls, rivers, rural settlements, and twisting roads, with views of the majestic Himalayas in the distance, before reaching the beautiful and diverse city of Pokhara. After some rest and relaxation in the hotel, you will take a guided walking tour around the marvelous Phewa Lake. The surrounding lakeside area blends in the influence of modern
    lifestyle while preserving local culture and heritage. After exploring the beautiful city of Pokhara, you will have a second yoga, meditation, and yogic breathing session before calling it a day. Overnight stay in Pokhara.

    DAY 04: POKHARA - NAYAPUL - TIKHEDHUNGA (1,570 METERS / 5150 FEET OR ABOUT 2 HOURS DRIVES AND 3 - 4 HOURS WALK)
    You will start your day with an early morning yoga and meditation session, then drive to the beautiful and diverse settlement of Nayapul (a 2hour drive from Pokhara/45 kilometers). En-route, you will pass through the scenic villages of Naudanda, Kanre, and Lumle. Nayapul is where your adventure begins! You start your walk from Nayapul, following the Modi River upstream to Birethanti, a village situated at the confluence of the Modi and Burundi Khola Rivers. You will follow the eastern bank of the Burundi Khola, with views of waterfalls and high green forests. Taking the trail marked by a stone staircase, you will pass moss covered trees, and a colorful rhododendron adorned forest. You will stop for lunch at a teahouse in Tikhedunga. There you will have a 2nd yoga, meditation, and yogic breathing session, and spend the night .
    DAY 05: TIKHEDHUNGA - ULLERI - GHOREPANI (2,780 METERS / 9,121 FEET OR 5 - 6 HOURS’ WALK)
    You will start the day with breakfast and your morning yoga, yogic breathing, and meditation session. You will then start your trek through the stone paved staircase before you reach Ulleri. Ulleri is famous for the wonderful view of the Annapurna range, Machapuchare (Mount Fishtail), and Hiuchuli Mountains, as well as beautiful greenery and lush hills and valleys. The trail ahead of Ulleri is a gradual and hilly trek that winds through the cool shade of pine and rhododendron forests. After passing through the villages of Banthati and Nangethati, you will reach Ghorepani, traditional stopping point for traders, and home to
    the Magar community.Ghorepani provides an excellent view of the Annapurna range, Dhaulagiri and other sister peaks, and is home to the well-preserved Magar culture. The day’s final yoga and meditation
    session will help you relax and refresh after the day’s long trek. Overnight Stay at tea house.

    DAY 06: TREK TO GHOREPANI - TADAPANI (2,660 METERS / 8,727 FEET OR 4 - 5 HOURS’ WALK)
    You will rise before daybreak for your regular yoga session. Leaving beautiful Ghorepani with backpacks on your back, lights in hand, and excitement in your mind, get ready to witness one of the most memorable sunrises of this entire trek! After an uphill trek of around 45 minutes to reach Poon Hill, you will witness this remarkable natural phenomenon. Named after the local ethnic group of the Ghorepani region, Poon Hill provides tantalizing views of the sunrise over Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, and unique Mount Fishtail to the west.

    DAY 07: TADAPANI - GHANDRUK (1,990 METERS / 6,529 FEET OR 3 - 4 HOURS’ WALK)
    Start the day with a yoga, meditation, and yogic breathing session, before you start your trek.About an hour int the trek, you will reach Bhasi Kharka, a summer settlement for the animal herders and locals. You will then descend through one of the world’s largest rhododendron forests to the Gurung village of Ghandruk. With occasional views of Mount Annapurna and Mount Fishtail, you will pass through the forest creeks and smaller streams wherein the white-faced monkeys are seen swinging from tree to tree. Ghandruk, also referred to as the ‘Switzerland of Nepal’ by some adventurers, is a semi-modern town and gateway to the Annapurna Sanctuary. One of the biggest towns of this trek, Ghandruk is famous for being a living museum of Gurung culture and tradition. With a small market, uniquely arranged houses, panoramic views of the Himalayas, and stairs that weave through the village, you will feel like you are
    in a game of “Chutes and Ladders.”. You will reach Ghandruk at lunch time and have plenty of time to explore the village and Gurung culture. You will complete the day with another yoga and meditation session. Overnight stay in Ghandruk.

    DAY 08: LOCAL COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT ACTIVITIES
    You will devote your day to philanthropic activities in this beautiful semi-modern town. You will start the morning with your regular yoga session and begin volunteer activities after breakfast. You can choose from a variety of volunteer activities that suit your interest: from being a guest teacher in the local school, spending time helping the local craftsmen, assisting community members with their tasks, or discussing village social issues; you can choose any activity you wish. After contributing your bit to the people of Ghandruk who offer themselves to the service of visitors, you will return to the hotel for your stay. You will call it a day after having the evening session of yoga and meditation.

    DAY 09: GHANDRUK - POKHARA (820 METERS / 2,690 FEET)
    After your time in Ghandruk, you will end your tour of the Annapurna Region, descending to the city of Pokhara. On a stone paved path, you will trek down to the starting as well as the ending point of the trek- Nayapul. During the 5-hour trek around the Nayapul area, you will pass through several smaller settlements, with views of the Himalayas and terraced fields. You will have the opportunity to interact with locals traveling on horseback, and view scenic waterfalls and rivers, while resting under the trees.
    After experiencing all these attractions en-route, you will finish your trek back in Nayapul (or New-Bridge), then drive to Pokhara via private vehicle to reach Lake City. You will have morning yoga and meditation session today. Overnight stay in hotel.

    DAY 10: DRIVE TO CHITWAN (5 HOURS’ DRIVE)
    After a wonderful time in the Himalayas and short rest in Pokhara, you will have morning yoga and drive through scenic countryside to Chitwan, on a route that never fails to attract the attention of the travelers. Upon arrival to Chitwan, check into your hotel for lunch. Evening Jungle Walk and dinner.

    DAY 11: CHITWAN NATIONAL PARK
    After breakfast and morning yoga, enjoy the activities Jungle activities such as Elephant ride / Jungle walk / Canoe Trip / village visit. Lunch and dinner provided. Evening Cultural programs with Dinner. Overnight stay in hotel .

    DAY 12: DRIVE TO KATHMANDU ABOUT (1,350 METERS / 4,430 FEET OR 6 HOURS’ DRIVE)
    After breakfast and your morning yoga, meditation, and yogic breathing session, drive through scenic landscapes to Kathmandu. Overnight in Kathmandu.
    Note: You may select a flight to Kathmandu (approximately 25 minutes) for an additional cost of USD 115 per person.

    DAY 13: KATHMANDU
    On your last full day in Nepal, you will have free time to spend in in Kathmandu. After breakfast and your morning yoga and meditation session, you may spend the afternoon shopping or simply reflecting on your time spent in this amazing journey. Overnight stay in Kathmandu hotel.

    DAY 14: FLIGHT HOME / NEXT DESTINATION
    After breakfast, you will complete your last yoga, yogic breathing, and meditation session before you leave for your respective destinations. You will be transferred to Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) in Kathmandu, allowing at least three hours check in, prior to your departing flight.We hope that Nepal’s diversity of culture and tradition, natural beauty, wildlife, flora, fauna, and architectural heritage have created special memories for you.
