Arun Valley Trek

Arun valley is situated between the Sagarmatha(Mt. Everest) and Makalu-Barun National Parks. Arun valley trekking offers radiant Himalayan landscape including the Mount Everest, Mt.   • Day 1: Arrive Kathmandu

    Upon your arrival at Kathmandu, our delegate will meet you at the Tribhuvan International Airport and escort you to your assigned hotel. In the inn, you will be advised about the further plans of the trek.

    Day 2: Sightseeing in Kathmandu

    After breakfast, you will be guided to visit different locales, for example, Pashupatinath, Bouddha Stupa, Swoyambhunath, Kathmandu Durbar Square and Patan Durbar Square.

     

    Day 03: Fly to Tumlingtar and trek to Kartikighat

    After breakfast, you will take a flight to Tumlingtar in eastern territory of Nepal. Arriving on a grandiose mountain runway passes on you to the start of your trek at the town of Tumlingtar. In the midst of the entire flight, you can value comprehensive sights of phenomenal Himalayas of Nepal including Mt. Everest (8,848m), Mt. Makalu (8,463m), Mt. Cho Oyu (8153m), Mt. Lhotse (8,501m), Mt. Lhotse Shar (8,393m),Kanchenjunga, Gaurishankar, Ganesh, Langtang etc. After reaching Tumlingtar, you will trek ahead towards Kartikighat.

    Day 04: Trek to Gothe Bazaar

    Today you will start your trek by going to Balwa Besi town, where you will cross Arun and couple of various streams and rich tropical woods. Finally you will reach Gothe bazaar while passing Nepali Danda (incline) and Irkhuwa River. The settlement is secured by Gurung and Rai community.

    Day 05: Trek to Salpa Phedi

    Today, you have to continue climbing tough for one more hour or thereabouts and natural item trees until you achieve the sprawling settlement of Salpa Phedi for overnight.

    Day 06: Trek to Guranse

    The trek will continue through various living arrangements of upper Salpa Phedi standing up to dazzling points of view down the valley. It will take you a couple of hours of scaling to reach Jau Bari, where there is a Sherpa Gompa (order) just underneath a delightful Sherpa-run campground. Pushing forward, you will walk around the terraced fields and rhododendron forests to Salpa Lake and after that to Gurasne.

     

    Day 07: Trek to Sanam through Guranse

    Leaving Guranse, you will follow the trail to reach Sanam. In travel you will go over the Salpa Bhanjyang, which is the edge of Solukhumbu and the Sherpa zone. Additionally, you will witness heavenly points of view of snow-topped Karylung Peak, Lidung Khola and the customary Sherpa towns.

     

    Day 08: Trek to Gudel

     

    Leaving Sanam, you will shape along a high trail with wide viewpoints of Duire - a social occasion of fundamental lodgings, Rustic Gompa, in conclusion you will go to the Rai town at Gudel, which is a considerable and a unique intriguing village.

     

    Day 09: Trek to Kiraunle Gompa

By then you will reach your last destination for the day which is Kiraunle where Chamaling Gompa is located.

    Day 10: Trek to Sibuje

    Today you will have another pass to cross, i.e., Surkie La Pass. It will take three hours to achieve Sibuje from the pass. Better points of view of Karylung, Khatang and Numbur mountains can be seen at the visiting stage.

    Day 11: Trek to Pangum

    Today, the course will also make you go through Gai Kharka, a couple of towns and Imja Khola. On the way to Pangum you can see Mera Peak drawing closer before you. Great viewpoint of nightfall is clear over the absolutely open valley with Karylung rising magnificently over the Dudh Koshi River.

    Day 12: Trek to Painya

    Today you will set out towards Painya. On the course, you will go over long lines of old Mani dividers, edge towns of Buspa and Karikhola and Khari la pass. It will take us an additional hour and a half of embellishment and moving to top the Pass at 3,075m yet the points of view are dazzling from the top. You will moreover have the point of view of the Sherpa peak, Khumbu YulLha (Khumbila), Gyachen Kang and Kusum Kangaru for all intents and purposes around the curve.

    Day 13: Trek Lukla

    After breakfast, you will  head to Lukla. The course will keep you attracted with superb scene of mountains, slants, timberlands, villages, etc.

    Day 14: Flight to Kathmandu

    After breakfast, you will take a flight to Kathmandu.

    Day 15: Depart Kathmandu

    After your breakfast, one of our agents will take you to Tribhuvan International Airport for your flight back home.
