Tamang Heritage Trek

The "Tamang Heritage Trail" is the recently developed tourism location, off the beaten track, which highlights an antiquated way of life consolidating it with beautiful landscape and mending showers in normal hot spring. The individuals of this locale are for the most part Tibetans who originated from Kerung in Tibet over the fringe and settled in Nepal. In prior days, the citizenship of Nepal would not be offered to genuine Tibetans, so they changed their ethnicity to Tamang, which is what they still write till date. The culture and tradition of these individuals are similar to the Tibetan people across the border.

  • Day 1: Arrive Kathmandu

    Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, our agent will meet you at the Tribhuvan International Airport and escort you to your assigned hotel.

    Day 2: Sightseeing in Kathmandu

    After breakfast, you will be guided to visit different locales, for example, Pashupatinath, Bouddha Stupa, Swoyambhunath, Kathmandu Durbar Square and Patan Durbar Square.

    Day 03: Drive to Syabru Besi

    Today, you will make a beeline for Syabru Besi, which is 135km far from Kathmandu. The drive will around take 9 hours. To reach Syabru Besi,Pasang Lamu Highway will be taken. Moving to your goal, you will experience a couple of regions like Kakaniand an opportunity to watch neighborhood towns, their family and lifestyle.

    Day 04: Syabru Besi – Gatlang

    Taking after a hour and half of ascending from Syabrubesi, you will reach a viewpoint from where you can witness the great reaches including Ganesh Himal, Gosainkunda and the Goljang valley. Continuing with the trek, you will set out down toward Goljang valley. Gatlang, the magnificent Tamang valley is an extra three hours walk around Goljang. Upon section you will be invited by Khada (white scarf). Get restored and welcome the nearby Syabru exhibitions.

    Day 05: Gatlang – Tatopani

    This day will be the longest day of the entire visit and will take around seven hours. The trek begins by dropping to Thangbuchet by the Bhotekoshi River. After lunch, the trail will ascend and you will continue until you achieve Tatopani, which really means 'bubbling high temp water'. Neighborhood individuals trust that the waters have a retouching power that steps back hurts and agony from your body.

    Day 06: Tatopani - Nagthali – Thuman

    From Tatopani, the trail trips to Nagthali Danda. In the wake of intersection Brimdang town, your trek will continue to Nagthali Danda. Starting there, the course swings downhill to Thuman town which is a Tibetan influenced Tamang town with neighborhood individuals who love to sing and move.

    Day 07: Thuman –Rasuwagadi - Timure

    Leaving Thuman, you will head to Timure , which takes around five hours. While trekking from Thuman to Timure, you can visit verifiable places, for example, Rasuwagadi and Burman.

    Day 08: Timure – Briddim

    Today your trek will continue from Timure to Briddim. This excursion will take around six hours. In Briddim, you can value the cultural show performed by Briddim people group individuals. Additionally, you can encounter Tamang home remain to take think about their social orders and traditions.

    Day 09: Briddim to Syabru Besi

     

    Today, the trail follows the plunging way by intersection Wangel to get to Syabru Besi and it takes around 3 hours.

    Day 10: Syabru Besi – Kathmandu

    The adventure closes here and you will be headed to Kathmandu by taking after a similar parkway we went up whilst our way to Syabru besi amid the start of the trek. The drive will take around 9 – 10 hours.

    Day 11: Depart Kathmandu

    After your breakfast, we will drive you to Tribhuvan International Airport for your flight back home.
